About us

Since 1998 we’ve contracted with over 25 NHS hospitals all over the UK. In 2010 we expanded into real estate development and now specialise in town centre regeneration and roadside retail and drive-thru property development.

Infrastructure

Our London-based Infrastructure team has funded and built clinical space, car parks, new main entrances and pharmacies, all without any financial contribution from the public sector. Often these grant a substantial return to the Trust, either as an upfront capital contribution or as an ongoing payment. We have retained all of our developments and continue to provide all management services in-house.

Real Estate

Our real estate development team located in Winchester, focuses on identifying prime locations for retail outlets and drive-thru facilities throughout the UK. We develop on a selective basis where there is a strong commercial rationale.
