Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, Gloucester
Gentian first acquired a retail interest at the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in 2005 when the new PFI-funded hospital opened. A second interest was secured in 2009 with the underlease of the retail elements in the Tower block main entrance.
James Cook University Hospital, Middlesborough
Gentian's management arm, Gentian Management Services Ltd, manage the retail units within James Cook University Hospital.
Morriston Hospital, Swansea
In 2015 Gentian were granted a 15-year headlease, directly from the Health Board, for the three retail units within the new main entrance concourse at Morriston Hospital.

In 2002 Gentian was granted 30-year leases on four units within the main building at Norwich & Norfolk Hospital, before securing an additional external unit in 2009.

In 2016, Gentian was granted a 35-year headlease by the Health Board for the retail units within the entrance concourse of the Princess of Wales hospital in Bridgend
Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gateshead
In 2015 Gentian paid a capital contribution for the benefit of the headleases of the retail element within the new Emergency Care Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead.
Royal Derby Hospital, Derby
In 2009 Gentian paid a capital contribution for the benefit of a 40-year underlease of the retail element of the PFI-built Royal Derby Hospital.
Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Gentian has leases on a total of 10 retail and café units within the RVI Hospital in the centre of Newcastle, as tenants of both the Trust and the PFI Project Co.
Southend University Hospital, Essex
Gentian undertook a comprehensive redevelopment of the Main Entrance and the Cardigan Wing entrance in 2010 including new clinical treatment facilities a new waiting room and a new phlebotomy area. The project was delivered at nil cost to the Trust and was financed using the retail income from Costa Coffee and WHSmith.
St Helens Hospital, Merseyside
Gentian acquired the retail head leases within the main entrance concourse of the new PFI-built St Helens Hospital, as part of a package also involving Whiston hospital, which is within the same NHS Trust.

Gentian initially held the headlease on retail space at the North entrance at Tameside Hospital, before acquiring the headlease in the new PFI-developed Hartshead Shopping Mall at the south entrance. Gentian surrendered their original accommodation back to the Trust to be reassign for non-retail use.
Trafalgar House, Winchester
One of Winchester’s most prominent buildings is fully occupied for the first time in nearly a decade after a £3 million refurbishment. Major construction firm Skanska UK has taken a 20-year lease on 15,000 sq ft of office space in the part-Grade II listed city centre Trafalgar House.

Gentian hold the underlease for the retail element of the new Coventry hospital in Walsgrave, completed in 2006.

Gentian designed, financed and constructed a new Main Entrance for the Hospital in 1998 at nil cost to the Trust and paid a share of the income.

In 2000 Gentian made a financial contribution to the Trust for the benefit of a 25-year headlease on the main entrance concourse.

Gentian made a financial contribution to the new PFI hospital scheme at Walsall by purchasing a new 30 year headlease for the retail and food court areas in the new main entrance building.
