Gentian, together with Sunnyday Capital and others, acquired the Abbey Centre in Abingdon from Aberdeen Standard Investors at the end of 2021.
What we did
The centre provides the prime retail for Abingdon, an important and historic market town.
The majority of the scheme was refurbished in 2013 and offers an attractive open shopping experience with a number of national occupiers including Boots, WHSmith, Poundland and Loungers.
Gentian will be bringing forward the plans for the redevelopment of the rear section of the scheme during 2024.
