In 2002 Gentian was granted 30-year leases on four units within the main building at Norwich & Norfolk Hospital, before securing an additional external unit in 2009.
What we did
Gentian sub-let the four original units to B'Zaar Trading, the Royal Voluntary Service, StockShop and Serco who operate the café unit.
The final unit is sub-let to WHSmith.
Gentian pays the Trust an annual rent and service charge, whilst our in-house estate team manage the retailers' occupation.
