In 2009 Gentian acquired a 38-year underlease of the retail units within the PFI-funded extension to the Freemen Hospital.
What we did
Gentian underlet the units to WHSmith who trade as a convenience store and coffee shop.
Gentian's in-house estates team mange the retailer's occupation including collecting the rent and service charge, and taking all operational risks associated with the space.
