In 2000 Gentian made a financial contribution to the Trust for the benefit of a 25-year headlease on the main entrance concourse.
What we did
Gentian brought Compass in to anchor the scheme by way of a co-terminus sub-lease to operate as Costa Coffee and Amigo, with the two remaining units now being occupied by the Trust, including for their inhouse pharmacy.
Gentian’s inhouse estates team manage the retailer’s occupation including collecting the rents and service charges and taking all financial and operational risks associated with the space.
