Gentian acquired 126 High Street in summer 2021 for £2.35m.
The entire 6,500sqft building is occupied by the popular outdoor clothing and equipment brand, Mountain Warehouse. The lease runs until 2031.
Gentian recently spent £42,000 on external works to enhance the building.
