Gentian House, Winchester
When Gentian acquired this 0.8 acre site in the popular Winnall Industrial Estate it consisted of a three storey office building and two industrial / warehouse units with substantial parking.
What we did
The site now comprises a brand new commercial building at the front of the site divided into two Class E units. These units have been designed to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact and have the highest energy efficiency rating of EPC A+ indicating that they generate more energy than they comsume and have minimal carbon emissions. One unit has been let to specialist car detailing service Konings Detailing, the other unit is currently available to let through local agents Lambert Smith Hampton and Goadsby.
The middle building is let to the University of Winchester for a five year term at £50,000pa.
