The site consists of three well-configured retail units totalling 21,000sqft. Two of the units front onto the High Street, whilst the third fronts onto Colebrook Street.
What we did
Gentian acquired this substantial high street property in March 2021.
The building is undergoing a full refurbishment which will benefit the tenants including Rick Stein who occupy the ground floor of No 8.
No 7 and the uppers of No 8 (15,500sqft) are on the market to let with Goadsby and RK Real Estate and are receiving strong interest from hospitality operators and retailers.
The Colebrook Street unit is occupied by The Global Education Trust rent free.
