One of Winchester’s most prominent buildings is fully occupied for the first time in nearly a decade after a £3 million refurbishment. Major construction firm Milestone Infrastructure has a 20-year lease on 15,000 sq ft of office space in the part-Grade II listed city centre Trafalgar House.
Gentian acquired the mid-18th century Georgian town house – with substantial 1970s extensions – for £2.4 million in 2016 and undertook the £3 million upgrade through specialist sub-contractor Loop Interiors.
Gentian sold Trafalgar House to Rushmoor Borough Council in December 2019.
