Gentian secured this local centre opportunity opposite Fontwell Park Racecourse on the outskirts of Arundel in September 2024.
The store sits at the entrance to Fontwell Meadows, a new 400 house development being constructed by Dandara.
What we did
We worked with our development partners Dandara to deliver a new 3,674sqft (GIA) convenience store with 14 car parking spaces. The unit was let to Southern Co-operative Ltd for 20 years and is due to open in August 2025.
The investment has subsequently been sold to a private investor.
