In 2013 Gentian acquired a 30-year lease on the café unit within the new PFI-funded Finchley Memorial community hospital.
What we did
Gentian sub-underlet the unit to Aramark who trade as a branded Costa Coffee shop.
Gentian’s in-house estates team manage the retailer’s occupation including collecting the rent and service charge and taking all operational risks associated with the space.
