Brize Norton, Carterton
Gentian acquired this mixed use site at the end of 2020. The site comprises two plots forming the retail centre of the Bloor Homes Brize Meadow development which is a 750 house and apartment scheme in Brize Norton, home to the RAF's largest airforce base.
What we did
Planning permission was granted in December 2021 for phase one of this development, a 7,000sqft convenience store and retail terrace for The Midcounties Co-operative which is now fully operational.
Phase two of the site obtained planning permission in July 2022 for a Greggs drive-thru which opened in November 2023.
Six EV charging spaces were also completed for Instavolt.
As part of this development we provided 40 car parking spaces for the new primary school and local centre being built adjacent to the site.
This investment was sold in April 2023.
