Gentian, together with Sunnyday Capital, acquired this prime retail and residential site in the centre of Godalming.

Planning and Listed Building consent was obtained in February 2022 to create an exciting and innovative scheme of four apartments and five houses together with two re-configured retail units.

Work has started on the four residential apartments and one of the retail units has been let to Grape Tree. The other retail unit is available to let via Green & Partners and Jackson Criss.
