Gentian, together with Sunnyday Capital, acquired this prime retail and residential site in the centre of the affluent market town of Godalming.

What we did

Planning consent and Listed Building consent was obtained in February 2022 to create an exciting and innovative scheme which will provide nine residential apartments and houses together with two re-configured retail units.

Works commenced in October 2022 and are scheduled for completion during 2023.
