Gentian purchased the building in 2013 before redeveloping the upper floors to create two residential units. The ground floor, once a launderette, was refurbished and let in 2014 to Joules Limited.

What we did

A new 5-year lease to Harborough Hare Ltd at the passing rent of £50,000 per annum completed in 2023 following Joules entering administration. The new tenant, trading as Joules, is a joint venture between Next Holdings PLC and Tom Joules.

This is the last remaining asset in Gentian's Southwold mixed-use portfolio.
