We have recently submitted a detailed planning application for a circa 11,600sqft industrial unit and a circa 2,800sqft coffee drive thru and bakery unit at our southern site at Buckmore Park in Petersfield.
This is the second major application we have submitted in the South Downs National Park in a year and has been designed to embrace the National Park's landscape led approach to development. We are hoping for permission to be granted in Q2 and construction to start in Q3 this year.
