Gentian purchased the building in 2013 before undertaking a full refurbishment to provide a ground floor and basement retail unit and a four-bedroom high-end residential unit at the rear and first floor level.
The retail unit was let to Seasalt Ltd for a term of 10 years and nine months, with the residential parts being sold on a long-leasehold basis for 999 years.
